Our Energy Services program helps eligible homeowners save money by making your home more energy efficient – at no cost to you.
The services we provide will be determined at the initial Energy Assessment and may include Weatherization Services, Heating System Repairs and Replacements, and/or New Appliances.
Homeowner Eligibility Guidelines
You must live within one of our service areas:
- Amesbury, Beverly, Boxford, Danvers, Essex, Georgetown, Gloucester, Groveland, Hamilton, Haverhill, Ipswich, Lynn, Lynnfield, Manchester-by-the-Sea, Marblehead, Merrimac, Middleton, Nahant, Newbury, Newburyport, Peabody, Rockport, Rowley, Salem, Salisbury, Saugus, Swampscott, Topsfield, Wakefield, Wenham, West Newbury
AND you must receive EITHER Fuel Assistance OR the National Grid Discount Rate.
