We Help Landlords
Our Energy Services program helps eligible landlords save money by making your property more energy efficient – at no cost to you or your tenants.
The services Action Inc. provides will be determined at the initial Energy Assessment and may include Weatherization Services, Heating System Repairs and Replacements, and/or New Appliances.
Our services are available to landlords who own one to four unit buildings. If you are a landlord who owns a multi-family building with five or more units, we encourage you to check out National Grid’s Multi-Family Program.
Landlord Eligibility Guidelines
Your property must be located within one of our service areas:
- Amesbury, Beverly, Boxford, Danvers, Essex, Georgetown, Gloucester, Groveland, Hamilton, Haverhill, Ipswich, Lynn, Lynnfield, Manchester, Marblehead, Merrimac, Middleton, Nahant, Newbury, Newburyport, Peabody, Rockport, Rowley, Salem, Salisbury, Saugus, Swampscott, Topsfield, Wakefield, Wenham, West Newbury
AND you must have a signed tenant/landlord agreement

AND your Tenant must EITHER receive Fuel Assistance OR the National Grid Discount Rate.
